Startlogic VPS servers are affordable and supported by their Tier 1 network. Prices start from $29.95, which is pretty good considering you get plesk and Virtuozzo Power Panel along with. You also get to top range servers for around $40 - $50 per month. Startlogic has always been known for affordable hosting, their VPS is not different.
Please note that these are self managed serves, just like most of the VPS servers. It should not be difficult to control with plesk and Virtuozzo. Restarting the server, adding new sites etc. are easy with Plesk and Virtuozzo.
Overall startlogic offers cheap rates, good network and infrastructure. Their support is not the fastest in the industry, but you do get your replies in a reasonable time.
They don't publish the assured RAM, but it is known as 256 mb for the basic offer. Plenty of burstable RAM is offered, but that depends on the other sites on your machine. RAM is something very costly on a VPS anyways.
Another good thing about Startlogic is that the upgrades are easy and gradual. There is justa differnce of $10 between their basic VPS and mid level one.
Considering the price and the resources offered, Startlogic is a very good good option for self managed VPS.
