CHostD - realy cheap hosting
CHostD is really cheap as the name suggets. Offer starts at 1$ and they have many options for 2$, 3$ and 5$ monthly.
But the space and bandwidth offered are VERY less. Starting from 500 MG bandwitdh and 5 MG space for the 1$ package to 100 MG space and 2 GB bandwitdh for the $5 package, it doesnt look really useful.
You may consider this host, if you want a very cheap hosting for a small site with practically no traffic.
